On the site
We come to your home as part of personal service. You will be able to recover 50% of the expenses when you declare your annual income. A dedicated page is devoted to this activity.
A distance
We intervene remotely to resolve 80% of your IT problems. We take control of your computer and talk by telephone. Many procedures last less than half an hour.

Since 2002 we have been providing our customers with solutions for their IT needs. Whether you have a Mac or a PC with Windows, our team of computer technicians will find solutions to the problems you encounter. We offer home repairs when technically possible. In some cases, we will advise you to bring the computer to our workshop to benefit from more tools and time to carry out the diagnosis or repair. In other cases, it is only at your home that we will be able to resolve your problems.
